Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your 4TH ARQ pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 21-day return window from the date of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include the completed packing slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
